Project manage all tradies, costs, unforeseen occurrence strategies, Must be qualified in all areas to assess each worker has completed their job on time to the standard specified in the initial outline. Must have the ability to communicate with all task workers easily Including lawyers and Eqc officials. Must have a good knowledge of the Eqc process. Must have previous experience with multi units/Duplex units. Must be attentive and on the job site regularly to inspect what is being done by whom ensuring all is correct and within time frames given. The repair will include recladding, lifting both flats for an adjoining firewall slump and whatever the outcome from all engineers and surveyor’s report. This repair strategy will include an accepted Eqc scope from 2011.. All tradesmen and task workers must be fully qualified tradesmen.
