Im looking to buy a property off my family on Rocking Horse road and would like to put 3 portable Self contained units (Ideally 6m*3m) Including a bed, shower, and toilet on it. For short term, or potentially 1-3 year accomodation. As I want to eventually build here. There is currently a two bed, 1 bath beach house on site On a large flat section. I understand a building/ resource consent may be necessary. I am looking for assistance in this process, and a ballpark figure of the cost of this process. Kind Regards Jack
