Help getting resource consent for earthworks.

To apply for a resource consent through christchurch city council. Points that need addressed: * Moving soil more than 20m³ (Cut ca 65m³ and fill about 45m³) *Earthworks shall not occur on land which has a gradient that is steeper than 1 in 6. (location of house have 1 in 5 slope) *Earthworks in zones listed in the table below shall not exceed a maximum depth of 0.6m, other than in relation to farming activities, quarrying activities or permitted education activities. (max dept is 1.5m but only in a mal corner of building , it then slopes of in 1 in 5 and max in other corner is about 0.8m and slopes of 1 in5) Would like to have it approved asap.
