I'm looking to purchase a section in Southshore, Christchurch, the section is tc3, and requires a resource consent for building a different plan to what was currently demolished on site. It is also in a flood management zone, so foundations need to accommodate this. I previously built in tc2 myself, So I have plans that I would like to build again that should fit the section perfectly, however I want to change a few things, and will need the foundations altered accordingly to suit the levels and the tc3, . I've had a brief chat to the council and they seem to think this plan would suit it fine. It's all a bit confusing for me so I'm hoping somebody may be able to offer their services, To do a site survey, apply for the resource consent and alter the plans and foundations and get my plans consented on my behalf. Hopefully there is somebody out there who can be of service. Regards Troy
