Hi.. looking to do a 2nd floor extension to an existing corner of the house, new kitchen as well as extending a ground floor garage and creating internal access to the house from the garage. First things first will need to have an understanding as to what/what cannot be done. Im expectig the cost of the overall build/reno will be around the 50K mark.
