I have a large internal space (about 6m x 6m) that I want to convert to a self contained two bedroom flat. No structural support work is required.It is on a concrete floor. Water, drainage and power are nearby. Windows will need replacing or changing to sliders.I have a rough plan that i think should work and have been told that it should only require a draughtsman to draw up. Site is flat easy level entry metres from the road. Also, if the budget allows then a double carport and outdoor partitioning/fencing .
