Civil Works - New concrete right of way, wastewater and stormwater connection

New Concrete Right of Way : - Remove and dispose of the existing driveway - Remove and dispose of existing carports and concrete under the carports. - Set out of the proposed driveway - driveway to be 3.0m wide however the strip between the two driveways is to be removed and replaced as necessary to achieve the new longitudinal grade. (the existing entrance stairs to remain) - Allow to dig and backfill 600mm deep by 400mm trench for services under the driveway. Conduit for power, telco and water pipe will be placed by others. - Construct driveway with subgrade and concrete as per EPA drawings - Install drainage strip and pit at the bottom of the driveway as per attached drawings Stormwater Connection - install new public stormwater connection as per EPA plans - Public connection requires removal of concrete from the public walkway, install new SW in a trench and reinstate. If it is more cost-effective please consider removing only a strip of the walkway wide enough for the drainage otherwise remove and reinstate the full width. - existing house to be connected as shown on EPA drawings. - install new stormwater connection for the driveway drainage connection (see attached drawing) - Vegetation clearance along the southern and eastern boundary - (large palm tree to remain all other shrubs and small trees to be removed) - The site constraints/hazards as far as I am aware are the large palm tree at the south-east corner of 118a Melrose property and power pole which is adjacent to the public SW manhole at Fickling Avenue. Wastewater Connection - Install WW connection as per EPA Traffic management plan and its approval by AC or AT is to be included in the price. Ideally, the walkway closure is to be included as well but I am happy to assist with any drawings or documentation Please get in touch if you have any questions.
