Resource concent #2

Hi I am planning to do renovate and extend my current house in onehunga. I have a very difficult site and few issues on the site which require resouce concent application. I need an experienced person who can help with this application and to attend meeting with council. This person should be able to deal with traffic issues, flood issues, underground water pipes and multiple unit development. Please respond with estimate fee quote and only if you are familiar with building on difficult site. Thanks
