I am looking for advice only, I have some council plans for the development of a basement area for storage purposes, the work was never consented. The owner then moved a stove from the top level consented commercial to the unconsented basement, is that legal? Can I meet in cbd to discuss and you will also be required to make a statement in writing. Thanks. Time frame is end of March.
