Total land is approx 722 m2 We are looking at demolishing the existing dwelling and constructing townhouses on the site subject to the zoning and local council requirements. We require advice on: - minimum lot sizes - how many townhouses we can construct on the site - any restrictions - Estimate on proposed council contributions per lot (ball park figures are fine)
