The most immediate job we are seeking is assistance with a resource consent application which involves a cross-lease property with an overland flow path. The two relevant issues are: 1. Retrospectively apply for consent to convert a downstairs space (currently consented as a playcentre) into a residential space on a cross-lease property in a mixed housing suburban zone. 2. Apply for resource consent to remove an existing deck in accordance with flooding report (already commissioned and will be supplied). We are also seeking advice on a couple of other property issues, but these can be discussed as part of a single job or as a separate job depending your view.
