Bathroom & Kitchen renovations

We are looking at a complete bathroom and kitchen renovations. New showers, vanity, toilet, new floors. In the bathroom. New flooring, new kitchen bench, new cabinets, etc. The bathroom is really run down espesially. Will need a builder who can get all the tradies inn and do the job without a hitch. It's a relatively small bathroom and kitchen. So the kitchen we really want some drop down extra benches, etc.. so we can pull out as needed.
