Bit of maintenance - leaky tap and toilet + hot water tap not working

Laundry room - the hot water tap doesn’t work at all. I don’t know why, I’ve left it for over a year. As I didn’t think I needed it until now. Toilet - the cistern is leaking (have been for a couple of months) Kitchen - leaky tap because the handle is missing. So I think a replacement is required.
