install of 5700 litre tank in Ngunguru

We have already done the main digging out where it is going and the ground is quite sandy but might need just a tad more for under the tank. We are needing the water downpipe installed into the top and tap on the bottom and a tap on the pump to switch from bore to extract if needed. Please only those who know what they are doing and are qualified to do so
