Shower grey water pipe needs reconnecting outlet pipe

We discovered a leak today which has been caused by what appears to be the shower grey water pipe disconnecting itself from the outlet pipe (picture below). We'd like someone to come over to reconnect the pipes and have a look at why they disconnected in the first place. Thanks
