Posted 1 week agoRemove existing kitchen sink tap and replace with new tapwear. Access to the tap bolt under the sink is good. Looking at this week if possible. Customer will provide new tap to be fitted. Probably 1-2 hours work.

Posted 1 year agoLeaking from pipe that goes up onto roof at ceiling point- leaking back down into cupboard. Not coming out of overflow - leaking from under the roof. Roof is flat - and will need re-sealing at roof overflow pipe base. May be Ajax or old nipples.

Part of the requirements are to provide stormwater calcs to arrive at retention tank sizes, etc. Perculation tests have been done and this data can be provided. Also, if require info from a recent geotech report. ASAP please. Then later we can discuss the actual work.
