The previous owner of our house had a plant growing shed, which we had removed 3 years ago. The plumbing and taps still remain. A blue PVC pipe was capped off. This pipe I think runs under the garden and footpath. A leak has sprung recently which appears to be centered in the small garden. I would like this investigated and fixed.
