Replace existing 250L electronic mains pressure with similar new one

My house got one 1999 built DUX electronic hot water 250L cylinder. The cylinder started to leak and can not power on (when I turn on by using main switch, the main switch has short circuit and powered it off straightaway). So I prefer to replace it with a new cylinder. I can see some of the current cylinder label which is: "DUX 240V a.c. 50Hz Mains Pressure Storage Water Heater. Class X Vitreous Enamel On Fully Welded Steel Cylinder". Also I can see below information from this existing Cylinder. model number: --- A Serial number: --- Date Manufactured: --- Hot Water Deliver (Liters): 250 Approval Number: N13678 Relief Valve Power (kW): 10.0 Relief Valve Pressure (kPs): 1000 Max. Supply Pressure (kPs): 800 Max Loading (kW): 4.8 Heating Unit Lower (kW): 3.0 Heating Unit Upper (kW): N/A I am happy for the current cylinder, so I prefer a similar new cylinder (same or different brand) is all ok. Because my current cylinder does not work now and we can not take a shower, so I hope the new cylinder can be installed ASAP. This work includes 1. The trade person to provide the new cylinder 2. Disconnect and remove the existing cylinder 3. Install the new cylinder (including reconnect electrical) 4. Test new cylinder can power on and can start to heat water.
