Leaking pipe near hot water cylinder

A join on the pipes near the hot water cylinder is lightly spraying water around - only started recently and hoping it doesn't get worse. I've attached pictures of roughly where it's happening. It's spraying near the electrical switch, I've put something in front of it for now.
