Bathroom Renovation + Toilet room

We are completely gutting our bathroom, and will require some plumbing to be moved around. The layout of the room is staying exactly the same, but some taps and drains will need to be moved. Luckily for you the drains come down into the 8 foot high basement for super easy access (see photos). We would like advice on the toilet as we would prefer this to be a rear plumbed toilet rather than side. The vanity in the toilet will also require plumbing. Items that require install - Vanity in bathroom, Bath, Shower, Taps and fittings, Toilet, Toilet vanity. UNSURE OF EXACT DATES, BUT BUILDER INDICATED EARLY DECEMBER, THIS WILL BE CONFIRMED ASAP
