Laundry - move pipes, plus toilet/sink replacement

Hi - I'm looking to get quotes on 3 jobs: (1) Add pipes/taps/drainage so I can move my washing machine within the laundry. I'm looking to have the washer & drier side-by-side, with a thin cabinet in the middle, and bench on top. I think the only place to place the taps (and electrical) is behind the thin cabinet (20-25cm). This is against an exterior wall of cinder block, so I assume the pipes will have to come up from the floor. There are water pipes nearby: - In the wall to the right, supplying a toilet - There is an outdoor sink on the other side of the exterior wall Getting under the house is easily accessible (2) In a small bathroom, I'd like to: - Replace the toilet. - Replace the sink + mixer tapware. Currently, the sink has a pipe that goes into the floor. I'd like to change it to one of these exposed pipes with a 90 degree joins (reference photo included). Removing gib is all good :) (3) Replace laundry sink + tap - Remove the current laundry tub - Once the new cupboards/countertop is on, plumb in sink + mixer tap
