Disconnecting, moving and reconnecting laundry appliances.

Hi there, We are renovating our laundry and need to move our laundry tub over about 80cm on the same wall. So I believe the inlet and waste pipe both need to be moved. The sink we are planning on replacing it with is just a large kitchen type sink in a cupboard (not an all in one laundry tub). The bench top may not have been installed in time so the final connection of the sink/tap might have to be delayed. This work needs to be done between 25th April-2nd May. My husband and I are both taking a week off to complete the renovation so it can't be any other date. In the image below the sink will be on the left, washing machine in the middle and dryer on the right. Thanks.
