Leaking toilet

Toilet is leaking, will need to be fixed, but in coordination with a builder, as the floor has taken damage and probably will need to be replaced. Has been leaking out the front of the toilet a little bit for a while, but recently started leaking massively with every flush, and so has become very urgent, as it's the only bathroom in my house. If you know of a builder that could do work with you that would be helpful! Thanks.
