Lay new storm water drain

Storm water drain is blocked with tree roots from the down pipe at the corner of the house to where it joins the mains (been inspected by pro). Need to dig up and lay new drain, told it's gone beyond clearing the roots out. Passes under 1m of concrete then under grass/trees.
