Split in Water Mains Pipe - may be essential

Split in plastic mains pipe. The leak is just above ground and near to the toby. This appears to be a single person job to replace the split section, and will not require any person-to-person contact, I'm sure. While perhaps not urgent *yet*, if the pipe fails it will be.
