New Bathroom and some work in existing bathroom

NEW BATHROOM - To fit a small soak bath and sink unit into a room which is currently a tiny bedroom but used to be a bathroom (apparently the old pipework is still under the floor). Cover the floor ready for lino, and fit an electric heated towel rail, an extraction fan, and sort some sockets. EXISTING BATHROOM - move an existing vanity along the wall and cover the floor ready for lino. Fit an electric heated towel rail and vent the extraction fan externally.
