A pre-purchase property inspection highlighted a couple of things that I needed to give some attention to:. 1. "A leak can be seen with the copper water piping under the house. Due to a big puddle of water I was unable to get close enough to fully examine the leak." 2. "The shower waste is leaking" In addition to this I am refurbishing the outdoor laundry room which requires a copper pipe to be capped off to allow the removal of some excess piping so we can remove a sink and walls. I have attached a copy of one of the pages from the property inspection and also attached a photograph of the outside laundry room marking out where I believe it would be best to cap the pipe off. Would you be able to provide an estimate based on the provided detail or if you require a site visit in order to provide a quote please let me know when the earliest you could be available to do so.
