Brief Job description • Plumbing required for Extension to exiting home, including the following main components • Scullery plumbing • Additional mixer sink • En-suite with shower, double vanity and toilet • Bathroom The Complete Plan Set is available via email Timeframe • Is it estimated that Construction will be ready for plumbing mid-January • There may be a requirement to connect/disconnect any plumbing earlier to suit building requirements • Respondees need to be available to assist with him given at least 3 working days’ notice (for discussion) Plumbing notes • Ground floor plan Pg. 109A in Complete Plan Set • First Floor plan - Pg. 110A in Complete Plan set • This document = 4 pages Requirement • All Internal plumbing ONLY – drainage onsite has been done • Connections to Storm and Foul water where required Owner to supply • All plumbing fixtures including but not limited to • Taps and mixers • Sinks, baths, toilets and vanities • Showers, Shower heads • Any other items deemed necessary Quotes • Need to be in writing • Valid for the duration of the build process • Clearly indicate the following o Hours to complete o Estimated duration from start to finish in working days o Material list and cost o Contactors standard hourly rate
