We have an (underground) section of drain that has been invaded by roots from a neighbour's tree. I have had the drain unblocked but they couldn't cut through the roots so we only have a temporary fix at the moment. I have been advised that a hole needs to be dug in the tarmac path and the original section of piping needs to be replaced. The pipe is approx. 48 cms. under the path. I was quoted a price to do the work but it sounded a bit expensive to me (but then I'm just a 'layman'). I would like to have someone else look at the job and provide a quote. This property is a rental property. I have some 'photo's of the site and the interior of the pipe I can send if you are interested. Many thanks.

Liam was a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt with his responses and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation using his services again and recommending him to others. Paul
