Installation of Pedicure stations and wash basin in small beauty salon

I need a certified plumber to give me a quote to install two x Pedicure Stations and a separate wash basin/vanity in my new, small beauty salon in Wellington (about 200m from Beehive). I will be on site after lunch on Wednesday 24 and Friday 26 July for the purposes of access for quotes. I would need these items installed in the third week of August 2019 but no later than 22 August 2019. Please note that due to other tenants feeding off same main line, it is highly likely that the install of these items be done on a Sunday or after normal day time hours, due to their operating hours and disruption to their supply. So please only respond if you can and will be prepared to work on a Sunday or after normal daytime hours. I am not rolling in moolah so, please only respond with genuine interest.
