When turning on the hot tap, the pipe makes loud 'clonk' sounds. Wanting this checked out by a local, preferably independent plumber who may live or have other work on in the area. Available after 4pm weekdays or weekends.

Didn't go ahead with the work, but he looked at the problem and recommended solutions which we decided not to go ahead with. Did charge a fee just to look at the job, this was communicated up front and would have come off the cost of the work if I did proceed.
