Leaking join in water pipes and faulty toilet flush mechanism
Job description
Two tasks. First is that we have water leaking from a join in a pipe on the outside of the house. It is the pipe bringing water into the house. Photo attached. 12 mm pipe? The second is that the flush mechanisms on both our toilets are not working well. And the seat is loose on one of the toilets.

Liam is wonderful. I highly recommend him. We had several plumbing problems to fix, the main problem being a blocked sewer drain and burst Dux Quest pipe. Liam was prompt in responding, and flexible in fitting in with times that suited us. I appreciated him clearly explaining each problem and his proposed solutions. The blocked drain turned out to be a bigger problem than expected, as our 120-year-old drains were blocked by tree roots in a location that could not be easily accessed. Top quality.
