Stormwater drain needs to be watertight
Job description
Had a water tank installed recently (DIY job). When the drain was cut, there was a lot of water so presumed it was blocked. However later informed its on a charge system and drains were not blocked. Am needing the downward pipe to be made watertight. When the tank is full, the water is leaking over the insert which is just sitting in. The insert also has gaps which need to be sealed. There is no manual valve to stop water from going into water tank when its full, should drain automatically.

Tim had a good understanding of what was going on and asked questions. He adjusted the fitting on the downpipe. Wasn't able to make it on the Friday but came round early on Saturday to do the job and was very efficient.
