AS-Built Drainage Plan

I need a certified drainlayer to prepare an As built drainage plan for me to submit to Council. The drain laying was done as part of a renovation project but unfortunately the builder has gone into liquidation and I am unable to contact him despite having paid for the work. We know where the pipes are located and also the Council has approved and past the drain inspection. I understand that you may need to use CCTV pipe camera to confirm location. Thanks
