Hi, looking to replace a few things in my bathroom. Bathroom is small, 1960s apartment. Work includes: * removing existing vanity * removing existing (small, wooden) cabinet above vanity * removing small heated towel rail * installing new vanity (slightly bigger than existing vanity) with new taps. * installing new cabinet (with mirror) above vanity. * installing new towel rail (not heated). Everything is to go in essentially the same position, although the vanity and cabinet may move by a couple of centimetres to the side, so there may be a bit of tidying up involved around that e.g. smoothing the wall over. Work may also involve putting in a new shower-head/mixer, although I understand there may be some limitations around this if the hot water cylinder is too old.
