Improve hot shower pressure. Replace shower head, knob and toilet.

We want to replace our existing shower head and knob with a new slide shower and mixer. We also want to increase the shower hot water pressure at the same time and are willing to do more than just replace the shower head if required to achieve this. We do not have a water tank in the ceiling (we don't have a ceiling cavity) and I've included photos of the hot water cylinder. We also want to replace our toilet, mainly because even with the lid closed, it splashes onto the floor when flushed.
