Plumber Required to Assess Hot Water Cylinder

I am looking for a qualified plumber to inspect my hot water cylinder and hot water system as I am concerned it may be contributing to unusually high household electricity consumption.

The property is occupied by a single person, but electricity usage appears higher than expected. I would like the plumber to:

* Inspect the hot water cylinder and associated plumbing.
* Check for any faults, leaks, faulty valves, thermostat issues, or other problems that could be causing excessive power usage.
* Assess whether the cylinder is operating efficiently and at an appropriate temperature.
* Advise if any repairs, maintenance, or upgrades are recommended to improve energy efficiency.

The hot water cylinder was manufactured in 2021 and appears to be in good condition, but I would like a professional assessment to determine whether it could be contributing to the property’s high electricity consumption.
