Job description
I need an old walk-in shower and vanity unit removed and new ones installed. I don't think pipes will need repositioning.

Had to be called back 3 times for leaks. Big hole cut in kitchen ceiling through which substantial water poured causing damage. Repaired in amateur manner. Cost more than quoted and would not complete work till paid in full. Should have reduced to compensate hours my husband had to help him. Expected this to take 3 days. It took TEN weeks. Very unreliable. Inexplicably removed old bathroom before new items delivered. Tenant without proper facilities for 10 weeks causing loss of rent.

"What a difficult Client, the suppliers delayed supply of hardware by 5 weeks, with lost product by the freight company and Covird excuses. Old pipes leaked & had clearly been repaired previously. Access to the ceiling was necessary and explained as old pipes had to be altered for the new shower. The older lady was ignorant to the facts of building renovations and quite abusive. A very unpleasant person to deal with.! Additional xtra work was asked to do. Still owes me"
