Drain inspection / clearing - and consult

Drainage pipes and reticulated gas hot water system at my recently purchased property on Heads Road are not working at 100%. Waste Water doesn’t drain fully from kitchen sink. Hot water sometimes ‘spurts’ in strange pumping fashion, when first turned on. Usually this works itself out in time. Would like someone to inspect and perhaps clear / repair the drains and plumbing. I am also planning a bathroom renovation - so would like to discuss this with someone who might be able to help, as Reno progresses. Could be a lot more work in it, coming up this next month. Any chance of someone visiting this week coming - ideally Monday or Tuesday ? Cheers James
