A family home 50yrs old, in need of renovation with varying jobs and tradesman. The house is vacant and still; for 12 yrs.The family wish to use property as a holiday house. It is situated appx 30ks South of Tekuiti in the rural area of Mahoenui. The house has three bedrooms with seperate toilet and bathroom. We would like the toilet moved, if possible in another area next to where it is currently situated and replaced with a shower box. The floor boards of the bathroom and toilet need replacing and the ceiling in the bathroom may need repairs. Both the toilet and bath is small. We would like a new kitchen. At present there is only a big pantry and kitchen sink. The kitchen is small, therefore units built to fit with a bit more bench space could be an option. The inside of the house needs painting throughout with one colour. We would like all the carpet and vinyl replaced. Depending on the type of floorboard we may request sanding and polishing throughout. The electrical wiring throughout needs to be checked. The house is quite dark in certain areas {bath, toilet washhouse also two bedrooms; would like skylights.
