Plumber - Water pipe leak.

Appears to be a water leak; Checked under house, water drips coming from main bathroom area, particle floor soaked, Lino in bathroom bubbling, carpet in hallway near bathroom entrance wet and brown staining, wet patches inside hot water cupboard near main shower wall.

Easy tap replacement.

a small job for a local plumber, to swop over a kitchen and bathroom mixer to ones with taps. Easy and clean inside job. Also one other possible job to install a water pressure reducing valve onto main water pipe enter house. This is an easy inside, stand up job, no crawling underneath house, with easy access and light. One other job, wanting a quote on, is to install a ducting pipe through ceiling and roof of long run iron to clothes drier, and supply pipe and materials at cost price.
