Water leak at our house

There is a leak which is causing water to come out of our main tap by our meter in the driveway and through the kitchen tap. Water is more noticeable when we have been out or during the night when we don’t use water. Watercare has inspected the meter and advised this is a personal property issue and to contact a Plumber. We work from home and available most of the time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
