Toilet, bathroom, laundry & kitchen - plumbing works

We are renovating the whole interior of a house we just bought and require plumbing services to complete the following. Please provide rough indication of cost when chasing. 1. Replacing an existing S-trap toilet 2. Installation of a bathtub (current one has been removed) and all associated tapware/ showerhead fittings. Tub and tapware & showerhead fitting will be provided. 3. Installation of a vanity with a countertop basin (current one has been removed) and all associated tapware. Vanity, countertop, basin and tapware will be provided. 4. Installation of a kitchen sink (current kitchen has been removed with new one going up). Sink and tapware will be provided. 5. Installation of Laminex Seratone wet wall lining in bath enclosure on top of Gib Aqualine (gib is organized separately by us and will already be installed prior to installation of wet wall lining).
