The problem with the current pan is it often requires multiple flushing! so it’s not great for guests plus it wastes water. Can you see how this could be corrected? Altering the fall of the waste, dropping the sewer connection?
Would a newer skew pan be better at flushing in this situation?
Existing pan (date of purchase approx 1985):

Waste pipe arrangement shown (pix ... ... g) which shows also a 80mm downpipe and a 55? shower/vanity waste.

"Trent started very smartly and he did it well. He also dealt with another job (hot water cyl replacement) that we added on to all respondent plumbers, and we had estimates from most of them for the two jobs.
