Replace tempering valve of hot water cylinder

Replace a leaking tempering valve on a 180 ltr Rheem hot water cylinder. An RMC tempering valve is presently fitted, and there is a drop-wise leak from the temperature adjusting knob. Photos of the valve, piping and cylinder are attached for easy reference. Cost to be all-inclusive (supply, install, travel, labour, gst, etc.) Let me know availability for carrying out the job.
