Bathroom Plumbing Inspection

We have a sleepout with a bathroom in it. The bathroom was recently renovated and the plumbing never went through a pre-line inspection and I can't get hold of the original plumber who did the work. We do however have photos of all the pre-line work which has been done. I'm after a plumber who will be able to come and perhaps check out the bathroom to see if it meets regulations and have the ability to issue certification that the bathroom meets the requirements for Auckland Council. I understand this is messy, but really need some help to get this mess sorted.
