The job is to re-route existing sewer pipe as it will be damaged by piling work. A section of approx 5-6m needs to be abandoned and re-routed. All excavation is done (or at least 95% of it - depending on your requirements), available for IMMEDIATE start. Existing sewer drain is clay pipe. See photos. The house sewer connection needs to be left operational at the end of each work day as it is the only bathroom in the dwelling. Work area is covered, it should definitely help you carry out working if it is raining. You need to be registered drainlayer, I will require necessary paperwork for Council (PS3 and as-built drawing), this is part of a project with Building Consent, work needs to be documented. Issuing this paperwork is to be included in your price. Please reply with your estimate for the job and availability to start.
