Attend pre-construction meeting with Watercare and engineer/planner, then: Scope of works in brief for Wastewater: - New private 100mm connection to Lot 2 (ex connection to be capped off and abandoned) - Re-align approximately 4 metres of existing 100mm wastewater line and provide new connection/junction to main line - Install new manhole at existing bend Stormwater work: - One catchpit and lead for drive next to the garage Work needs to be completed ASAP. Need to have a current drainlayer registration, Watercare certification, and Confined Spaces certificate (even though manhole is only 1m deep!!!) EPA plans available if that helps.
