Replace toilet

We'd like to replace our old toilet and install a new cabinet, toilet and cabinet will be provided. Toilet: we would like to "hide" the pipe/tab next to the toilet to move it behind the new one. Cabinet: at the moment no need to move pipes, just install a new cabinet with mixer tap.
