Water pressure issue in residential 1960s home

We have water pressure issues within our house. Problem we have is that flushing the toilet will impact the water pressure to the sink taps, shower pressure etc. House should be all copper piping and we would prefer to keep it this way. We are also planning on going a bathroom renovation in the coming months so would like to get this sorted first. We would consider shower mixer and shower head install and tap work if an option too, or we can do later when water pressure is sorted and we are doing the bathroom renovation.
